Nakshatra Singh

Co-Founder & Managing Partner

Nakshatra is an entrepreneur-turned-investor with extensive experience in building companies and managing capital. An alumnus of IIT Roorkee, he currently serves as Managing Director at Kawai Innovations, a group of diversified businesses with investments in the healthcare sector.

With a deep operational background, Nakshatra leads the firm’s investment direction, thematic research, and founder outreach. His work focuses on uncovering long-term value, particularly at the intersection of capital markets and healthcare innovation.

Rohit Pathak

Co-Founder & Head of Research

Rohit brings a strong quantitative foundation to the firm’s research and investment process. He holds a B.Tech from IIT Roorkee and a Master’s degree in Statistics and Data Science from IIT Kharagpur. He has prior experience of work at Goldman Sachs, where he focused on quantitative finance and data-driven investment strategies.

Rohit leads the firm’s analytical and modeling efforts, developing structured frameworks for sector analysis, risk evaluation, and valuation across public and private markets. His expertise strengthens our ability to build conviction with discipline and precision.

Rishi Kumar

Co-Founder & Investment Strategist

Rishi is an investment veteran with deep expertise in quantitative trading and research-driven capital allocation. A graduate of IIT Roorkee, he has worked across global markets, developing and executing systematic strategies across asset classes.

At DRG, Rishi brings analytical precision and a data-driven mindset to the investment process—shaping the firm’s public market strategies, portfolio construction, and quantitative research frameworks.
